JUBON-Loose fit top, to be worn under Kimono or Samue.
SAMUE –Traditional Japanese two piece work clothes, that may be worn by both priests and lay practitioners. For everyday, meditation and services. Pants have side seam pockets and top has one patch pocket. Elastic waist, wrists and ankles. Straight pants and sleeves also available. This top is usually worn over a Jubon.
SAMUE PANTS — Full elastic waist pants, with side seem pocket .
KIMONO –This garment is to be worn under Koromo or Lay robe. Wrap garment, with ties if desired.
KOROMO – Traditional Soto Zen Priest outer robe. May be either American or Japanese style. Contact me for fabric choices.
LAY ROBEe — This style has Kimono sleeve with attached self fabric belt.
NAGA SAMUE– Mid calf garment to be worn over kimono or pants. Full sleeves with elastic at wrist. Side seam pockets if desired.
RAKUSU, KESA, ZAGURakusu, Kesa, and Zagu — All item will be custom made to your tradition and status. Please contact for information.
RAKASU CASEUsually plain outer layer, with brocade or silk lining. Contact for fabric choices.
MONK BAG — cloth bag with cloth handle, with inner and outer pocket, optional zipper.
